Side & Side Mounted Controller
It is normal practise to use two independent machines on each boller, one incorporating the pump switch or switches and first low- water cut-out alarm switch, the other with either one switch to provide second low- water cut-out and alarm and high-level alarm. “Usually the standard operating range is 150mm, but controllers can be supplied with 62mm, 120mm, 150mm & 250mm range”
1. CONSTRUCTION:
1.1 Chamber: ASME B36.10 (SAT06 Gr-B)
1.2Flange Connection: ASME B16.5(54105)
1.3 Working Pressure: 13 Kg/cm upto 12 kg/cm
1.4 Blow-down connections: Side entry chambers 1% BSP Parallel thread.
1.5 Float and float rod: 316 fost with 304 rod, Manel K 400 float with 304 rod.
1.6 Switch Box: Die-cast aluminum cover and base, zinc coated mild steel sheet casing.
1.7 Conduit entries. I ET IB.S.) The Switch unit mechanism has selt holding silver cadmium oxide contact and is carried on a ceramic moulding located in an aluminum die-casting.
